This site features useful links that will help prepare students for the NYS Fourth Grade Science Test. The Fourth Grade Elementary Science Test is designed to assess the skills and content you have acquired during your K-4 years. The test is centered around the NYS Learning Standards for Mathematics, Science, and Technology for the Elementary Level.

The Fourth Grade Elementary Science Test is administered in two parts.  A Written Test and Performance Test (hands-on). The Written Test consists of multiple-choice and open-ended questions. The Performance Test is a hands-on task. Below are some links that will help students practice scientific skills and review content necessary for the test.
